NEW Building
Life can be heavy. Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and seasons of uncertainty can affect anyone, even people with strong faith and loving communities around them.
For more than 25 years, Bayside’s Counseling Center has been a place where people find hope, healing and compassionate support during some of life’s most difficult moments. The need for counseling has never been greater. The number one call our church receives each week is from people seeking help for struggling marriages.
Over the past year alone, the Counseling Center provided 10,091 counseling sessions. That included 1,500 sessions with couples and nearly 1,000 sessions with children.This week, because of the incredible generosity of NXT Initiative givers, the Counseling Center ismoving into a brand-new, significantly larger building featuring 14 counseling rooms, increasing our capacity to care for people, and more room to grow in the years ahead.
Two NEW Locations
You also made it possible to expand counseling services to two additional locations: Bayside El Dorado Hills and Bayside Folsom.
Making Care MORE ACCESSIBLE Counseling can create a significant financial burden, especially for those who need ongoing care. This fall, our Counseling Center will be able to accept health insurance for church members.
