For more than 25 years, H.E.A.R.T. (Health Education Africa Resource Team) has been helping vulnerable mothers across Kenya answer that question with hope.
Working in seven locations throughout the country, this Christian ministry walks alongside women living with HIV, helping them regain their health, provide for their children, and build a future in which their families can remain together.
Through your generosity to NXT, mothers receive medical care, nutritious food, emotional support, and practical training. They learn how to start small businesses, grow food, save money, and create a dependable income. Their children receive educational assistance, mentorship, and the support they need to remain in school and pursue a future beyond poverty.
But H.E.A.R.T. cares for more than physical and financial needs. Through Christ-centered discipleship, women who have often experienced illness, rejection, and isolation discover that they are seen, loved, and never alone. They find a community of faith, renewed hope, and purpose through Jesus.
