“It doesn’t make sense to perform a successful surgery only for the patient to die from malnutrition, or to help someone with AIDS recover and thrive, only for them to die from a preventable tooth infection,” says Dr. Chris Isichei.
FAITH ALIVE HOSPITAL provides FREE medical services and holistic support to the community of Jos, Nigeria, a city of approximately 1 million people. This includes a food bank, dentistry, surgery, and even a cemetery. Some patients who die are abandoned because their families cannot afford the cost of burial.

But the greatest need is among children. In Nigeria, there is only one doctor for every 100,000 children.
That's why Faith Alive is building the first dedicated five-story, 100-bed Children's Hospital, equipped with emergency services, including a pediatric surgical room, Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU), radiology, and a fully stocked pharmacy.

PRAISE GOD - The Foundation is Complete
Your faithful giving through the NXT Initiative is helping build hope from the ground up. Thanks to your support, last week Faith Alive completed the foundation for its new Children's Hospital.
Our motivation is to follow the commands of Jesus Christ, who instructs us to care for the poor:
"'When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?' And the King will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me'"
MATTHEW 25: 39-40
